Private and Spacious Grounds
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on an approximately ½-acre parcel, this home offers privacy and space with Adeline’s House of Cool to the south, a neighboring residence to the east, and a large wooden deck across the front of the house that looks out on a wide yard stretching in front and to the sides of the house.
The property includes a 12′ x 8′ storage shed, ample space for parking cars, RVs, and trailers, and the extra bonus of a private pier with channel access to Lake Puckaway.
Long term rental tenants are welcome to add their personal touch by planting flowers and vegetables in designated garden beds and any pots they own.
Hassle-free upkeep, lawn care, and driveway plowing are included.
Snug and Homey
Inside, the bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, soft carpeting, ample closet space, and natural light streaming through multiple windows, and you’ll find one full bathroom with a tub and shower, also perfect for relaxing or refreshing.
Above, there is a carpeted loft with windows and skylights that offers flexible space, ideal as a play area for kids, an extra sleeping area, or convenient storage.
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and paired with a cozy dining nook, making mealtime easy and enjoyable.
A welcoming windowed living room, also with a cathedral ceiling, adds a sense of openness and charm to the heart of this long term rental home in Wisconsin.
