Weekdays & Specials: Sunday – Friday
We offer weekdays at $450 per night with a 3-night minimum stay. This rate is good for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest after 6 is $50/night capping at $600/night and 12 guests. This rate has a cleaning fee of $150 and includes access to the hot tub.

Off-Season Weekends
Off-season weekends are anytime between October and March. These weekends are open for a 3-night minimum stay. The rate is $2,325 with a 4th-night option available for $500. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub.

On-Season Weekends
On-season weekends are any weekend in April, May, first 2 weekends in June, last weekend in August and September. These weekends are open for a 3-night minimum stay. The rate is $2,825 with a 4th-night option available for $500. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub.

Summer Season
During the summer months, we rent for week-long stays from Friday to Friday. The rate is $725 per night for the 7-night stay. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub. (Second half of June, all July and August)

Please note:

$35 per pet for the entire stay.

New Year’s Eve and Holiday dates cost more.

To help with upkeep, game room machines operate on quarters (a change machine is available), and use of the bar cooler and laundry room is $50 per stay.
