Guests are greeted by oversized urns and a grand entrance framed by handcrafted, owner‑designed French doors topped with a family‑designed stained‑glass awning. Cozy seating areas featuring even more family‑created stained‑glass details and a tranquil seasonal fountain set the tone for relaxation the moment you arrive, all watched over by Cowboy Joe, a charming, character‑filled figure who is amongst the playful features for guests to enjoy.

Wandering the spacious grounds features even more of Adeline’s unmistakable character, from the vibrant Seasonal Umbrella Garden with whimsical Mariachi Band figures that add a playful burst of personality. There are four impressive lion statues, working hand water pump and an ornate canopy seating area that invites both sunrise coffee and late‑night conversations. A massive fire pit anchors the outdoor space, perfect for storytelling and s’mores, while a fully restored, working vintage telephone booth adds a touch of nostalgic charm. Nearby, a life‑size Laurel and Hardy statue stands illuminated beneath an old‑style lamp post, and at the private pier, a heartwarming child‑and‑dog statue captures the playful and timeless spirit of staying at Adeline’s House of Cool.
